1. Return Eligibility
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and personal care products, we only accept returns under the following circumstances:

3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
If your refund is approved:

The refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

If the original payment method is unavailable, the refund may be processed through a bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges
We only replace products when:

Beautylia will bear the return shipping cost.
For any other approved return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, if your order qualifies under our return policy, you may request a return after receiving it.
