1. Are your products 100% natural?

Note: Our Scrub Soaps and Herbal Oil are made with 100% organic ingredients.


2. Why don't your products have a strong fragrance?

Our products contain no artificial perfumes or synthetic fragrances. Their natural aroma comes from herbs, botanical extracts, and pure oils. Since we use natural ingredients, the fragrance may vary slightly from batch to batch.


3. I don't like the natural smell. Is there something wrong with the product?

Not at all. A natural herbal scent is a sign that the product contains genuine botanical ingredients instead of artificial fragrances. Many customers simply need a little time to get used to the authentic aroma of natural skincare.


4. Why does the fragrance, color, or texture vary between batches?

Because we use natural herbs and plant-based ingredients, slight variations in fragrance, color, and texture are completely normal. These natural differences do not affect the quality, safety, or effectiveness of the product.


5. Do your products contain sulfates or parabens?

9. How often should I use the Hair Oil?

For best results, apply the Hair Oil 3–4 times per week. Regular use helps nourish the scalp and supports healthy-looking hair.


10. Should I use the Face Serum during the day or at night?

Our Face Serum can be used both in the morning and at night. If using it during the day, we recommend applying sunscreen afterward before sun exposure.


11. Can the Handmade Soap be used on both the face and body?

Yes. Our handmade soaps are gentle enough for both the face and body. If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test before regular use.
